Saturia Upazila (MANIKGANJ district) with an area of 140.12 sq km, is bounded by NAGARPUR and DHAMRAI upazilas on the north, MANIKGANJ SADAR upazila on the south, Dhamrai upazila on the east, DAULATPUR (Manikganj) and GHIOR upazilas on the west. Main rivers are the DHALESHWARI and the Gazikhali. Saturia (Town) consists of two mouzas. The area of the town is 3.26 sq km. The town has a population of 7334; male 50.41%, female 49.59%.
